Thank you for expressing interest in renting the buildings/grounds of the Garrett County Fair. Below you will find an Application For Rental.

Just a reminder- the Fair dates have been moved to July 28th - August 5th. Those who normally rent the facility during this time (or the week previous) will need to request new dates.

If you have previously rented our facility there are a few changes.

● The rental fee for the new Exhibit Building is $1500 per day.

● Each day your event is open to the public is a day that you are charged for, at the daily rental fee.

● For a one day rental your organization will be allotted 4 hours of set up and 4 hours of clean up time, which is included in your rental fee.

● If renting for 2 days, 8 hours will be allotted for set up and 4 hours for clean up.

● Any additional hours needed for set up or tear down will be assessed at $100 per hour.

● The kitchen is available for rent at a cost of $500.

● During winter rentals additional fees may be charged for heat, snow removal, etc.

● Event information will be added to the new LED sign on the Exhibit Building for one week prior to the event.
